Awful experience as a renter. I never missed a payment and actually left the place cleaner than when I moved in. Even so, they claimed they had to pay a professional cleaner without any evidence and then withheld an accidental over-payment that I made to cover this erroneous cost. I will be issuing a breach of contract with them since they did not allow me to be present at the final inspection.

Was approached with an off the market property, which we subsequently tried to rent as part of our return from UK to AU after a few years work there, timing was crucial so explained the situation before we took this any further. Was strung along for over a month by James Heath, then out of the blue advised that the deal has fallen through at the last moment. Unprofessional with no consideration for other people and their circumstances - avoid if you don't want to be disappointed.
