Once we were ready to sell, his market knowledge of the Kardinya was spot on and he was realistic with his valuation giving us sound advice on where to pitch the asking price. Despite a false start on the first offer due to finance which was in no way a reflection of Leigh/MVP, he was persistent with subsequent showings of the property which yielded a better priced offer.
