Her attention to detail and timely communication has been truly impressive. She always replied to my email within 10 minutes! Especially, I genuinely appreciate the efforts she put in to expedite the bond refund process. I highly recommend Sarah and the PPM team!

PPM have been managing my property for over a year now & it’s absolutely great experience. We had non stop issues with our previous agency but since switching have been so happy knowing the property and the tenants are being cared for with professionalism and kindness. Kristy has put together an awesome team (because a good business is very much a team effort from the PM’s to the office staff) but in particular I want to thank Rachelle. She is responsive and communicative with any issue that arises. In addition she is wonderfully kind and patient with walking me through options and arising changes in the law. Rachelle is always pro active, fixing problems before I even know we’ve had them and I could not be more grateful to have her managing the property. Thanks PPM team!
