By far the WORST real estate I have had the misfortune to deal with. Look for a more reputable agency as PEB is far from that. TENENTS BEWARE. They are only there to benefit the owners and execute their unjust commands. they WILL take your bond by using scare tactics, lies and threats even though they know they are in the wrong. I have never been treated the way these people have treated myself and my husband as we have never had any issues with previous agencies. They are extremely rude and will talk down to you. Save yourself the money you will lose from you bond and run for the hills as fast as you can!!!!
